We installed eight of these shower systems during a boutique hotel renovation where every guest room had identical plumbing layouts. Before ordering, we compared several competing models but selected this system after BathSelect reviewed our pressure calculations, valve compatibility, and service access requirements. During commissioning one diverter orientation required clarification, and their technical specialist resolved it during the first phone call using the installation drawings. Fourteen months later every unit continues maintaining stable thermostatic temperature, balanced rainfall coverage, and reliable daily operation despite constant commercial occupancy.
